As a professional coach, it is my job to bring out the best in you. I’ll help you clarify your vision and create a plan to achieve your most important goals, with less time, stress and effort than it will take on your own. All top performers (sportsmen, entertainers, executives, yes even Oprah) have coaches to keep them at the top of their game. In our case the game is life, your life, your future. Working together, I’ll help you discover what’s most important to you – and empower you with the tools and resources to design a life you love.

What coaching did for me:

I wasn’t until I hired a coach that my life really started to change. After a weekend session with a powerful coach, I committed to saving $100,000 over two years to build myself a financial buffer. At the moment this felt like fantastical thinking and even my coach admitted years later, that she was a bit worried for me. Two months after I made this commitment I had an opportunity to leave my moderate paying job for the chance to make really great money. The catch was that it was all commission and it felt like a huge risk. 3 days later, I moved out of my home and was on the road to Florida to start my new job. 15 months later I returned home. Mission Accomplished!

The first two years after I launched Insight Adventures were also challenging. The economy had taken another dive and I was feeling frustrated and scared. Again I hired a coach. My business had a huge boost thanks to the wisdom and support of my new mentor. In my third year, I had a 500% increase in revenues. AND… I took 4 months off to travel! (You can see the pictures on my Face Book page.) I like to tell people, “I’m hooked on phonics.” That is to say; I’m a believer. That’s why I coach and that’s why I have a coach.

Initial intensive phone sessions. We’ll clarify your goals, zero in on any obstacles that might be stopping you, and begin the process of identifying your core gifts and strengths and bringing them to the forefront of your life. Each month, we’ll meet by telephone at a pre-scheduled time to identify obstacles, discuss progress, and help keep your energy, passion, and dreams alive!
